Our Heritage journey began with learning about Mapping in Maths. We discovered how to read maps and follow directions. We used a satellite photo to find and identify important buildings in our school grounds.

In Society and Environment, we researched Australia and learnt about each State or Territory. We also looked at Civics and Citizenship and what it means to belong to a community. We discovered that symbols are a sign of belonging and each State has its own symbols.
