Systems and Support Officer

The Systems and Support Officer works closely with the College Leadership Team across a range of responsibilities, performing a critical role in providing accurate and timely reporting to inform school leaders. The position also requires a high level of autonomy in the management of student administrative and reporting systems, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the College.

Applicants should demonstrate a high level of proficiency in managing IT systems and a strong, solutions-focused mindset, while actively embracing the Mercy values of hospitality, compassion, and service. The Officer will collaborate within a small administrative team and must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proven ability to build positive rapport and develop credible, trusting, and respectful relationships with others.

Position Details:

  • ESO Grade 3 – Administration Stream
  • Permanent Fulltime Position
  • Commencing 20 July 2026
  • 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • Salary $73,425 (Grade 3 – Year 1)

English and History Replacement Teacher – Term 3

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate English and History teacher to join our collaborative and experienced team. Our teachers inspire students within a dynamic, engaging curriculum whilst embracing a rich history through our Mercy Values. In the secondary school we value having expert teachers across all year levels and are seeking experienced practitioners who can confidently deliver English and History curricula across Year 7 to Year 11, adapting the learning to meet the needs of the students.

Qualified Casual OSHC Worker

Join the SAC OSHC Team!
SAC OSHC is seeking enthusiastic and caring Qualified Educators to join our vibrant Out of School Hours Care service. We have casual opportunities available across Before School Care, After School Care, Pupil Free Days and Vacation Care, with regular hours available for the right candidates and the potential to progress to a permanent part-time position.

We are particularly interested in applicants who:

  • Enjoy building positive relationships with children aged 4–12 years.
  • Demonstrate initiative and work effectively within a collaborative team.
  • Support the Mercy values of St Aloysius College and contribute positively to our school community.
  • Have experience or an interest in food preparation and food safety compliance (highly regarded).
  • Are available Monday to Friday afternoons during the school term.

Qualified educators will be supported to further develop their skills and may have opportunities to work towards becoming a Responsible Person within the service as paid according to current Enterprise Agreement.

Essential Requirements:

  • ACECQA-approved qualification to work as an Educator in South Australia.

We are seeking expressions of interest from casual staff who are passionate about developing happy, capable and confident children through an engaging program to join our OSHC team. A willingness to work in both Before School Care (7 – 9am) and After School Care (2 – 6pm) will be advantageous.
