Amalia (Year 12) Recognised Among Australia’s Top Young Entrepreneurs

Congratulations to Amalia (Year 12 student), who has been named one of Australia’s Top 50 Kidpreneurs and featured in a national news article.

Amalia’s project, The Cattle Cart, is an innovative livestock transportation service that puts animal welfare first. Recognising that transport is one of the highest-risk points for stress and injury in cattle, she designed trailers with non-slip flooring, calming lighting, ventilation and temperature control, along with sensors, microphones and cameras that let processors and drivers monitor the animals’ condition through a dashboard long before delivery.

This is a wonderful achievement and a great recognition of student entrepreneurship at SAC. Well done, Amalia, on this outstanding accomplishment. We are very proud of you!
