On Wednesday 12 March, the evening air was filled with the enchanting sounds of music as the Sounds of City Schools outdoor event took centre stage. Held at St Mary’s College, the event showcased the exceptional talent of music performers from SAC, St Mary’s, and CBC.
Attendees were treated to fabulous performances from a range of ensembles, including choirs, jazz ensembles and rock bands. Each act brought its own unique flair, captivating the audience and creating an atmosphere of joy and unity.
The evening was not just about the music; it was a celebration of community and togetherness, which was highlighted in the final item, when the three schools came together for a combined performance. The event was a perfect blend of talent, energy, and camaraderie, making it an ideal way to spend a night in great company.
Thank you to all who attended and supported this wonderful event, and to those who contributed to the food stalls and SAC Op Shop stall. Your presence and efforts made it even more special, and we look forward to many more nights filled with music and community spirit!
