Students showcased their culinary flair by choosing a French or Francophone dessert that represented a specific region and bringing it to life in a friendly bake-off. From flaky pastries to decadent cakes and delicate tarts, the creativity and skill on display were impressive. The competition was fierce, with each dessert reflecting both careful research and individual style. Our expert judges had their work cut out for them, carefully tasting and evaluating each creation before selecting the standout dishes. It was a delightful celebration of culture, technique, and sweet treats, leaving everyone inspired, and slightly tempted!
