Year 11 Drama – Be My Baby 

Last week the talented Year 11 Drama class presented Be My Baby, a play set in a home for un-wed mothers in the 1960s. Exploring the world of four un-wed mothers who are forced to give up their children for adoption, as was the expectation at the time, Be My Baby is a wonderful play full of great acting, music and emotion. The Year 11 Drama class had a great time researching the era and their roles within the play and were shocked at how cruelly un-wed mothers were often treated by society.
