Growing Together

Choosing a school is about much more than the next school year. It’s about finding a place where your daughter can grow, year after year.

When Year 12 student Gislene graduates from St Aloysius College later this year, she’ll be saying goodbye to the school that has been part of her life since Reception.

At almost the same time, her younger sister Amira will be putting on her school uniform for the very first time.

It’s a story many families at St Aloysius College know well. Sisters follow sisters, friendships span year levels, and younger students grow up watching older girls lead, perform, compete and volunteer.

Over the years, Gislene’s school life has been filled with music performances, Mercy Day celebrations, leadership opportunities and friendships that began in the Junior School. Those experiences have helped build the confidence she’ll take with her after graduation.

Now it’s Amira’s turn.

An all-girls education gives students the freedom to throw themselves into every opportunity, whether that’s science, sport, music, drama, social justice or leadership. Older students mentor younger girls through peer support programs, helping create a school where familiar faces are never far away.

By the time students leave Year 12, they’ve gained far more than academic knowledge. They’ve spent years learning who they are, discovering what matters to them and finding people who will continue cheering them on long after graduation.
