Welcoming French Exchange Students: A Warm Adelaide Adventure!
With the return of the French Exchange program, we are very excited to welcome three groups of students from our two sister schools in Paris and Lyon who will be staying with their host families for the next month.
This is what Alice, Constance and Louise, the first group of Parisians, have observed about their time here with us:
“As French exchange students, when we arrived in Adelaide and discovered St Aloysius College for the first time, it was quite surprising to see how classes were organised here. Classes are shorter here, and school days finish earlier than in France. The students have more access to IT and the internet, which teaches them how to use the new resources in pace with our time. This gives them the opportunity to select their subjects, makes them more responsible and involved in their courses. Moreover, we really appreciate the healthy relationship between pupils and their teachers. Thank you for the warm welcome we have received! “
We hope that they all have a wonderful experience in Adelaide.
